Thoughtlessness is not Advaitic wisdom. And no use of watching the thoughts within the dualistic illusion or Maya.*****

Thoughtlessness is not Advaitic wisdom. In deep sleep there is thoughtlessness, but deep sleep is the state of ignorance because we come to know of the deep sleep experience only in the waking experience, which is the state of ignorance.

The Self is not you but the ‘Self is the Soul.  The thoughts come to you because you are the thinker. The thinker thought and the world in which thinker exists are part of the waking experience.

Form the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, The waking experience is the dualistic illusion.  The dualistic illusion is the product of ignorance. When ignorance vanishes the reality hidden by the dualistic illusion appears.

By stopping the thoughts the ignorance will not vanish. The thinker and the thoughts and the world in which the thinker exists are nothing to do with the Soul because the Soul is not an individual. The thoughts come to only to the individual.

Until you think the Self is within your body you will never be able to grasp the truth, which is he ever formless, timeless and spaceless existence.

The thought raises only the domain of the form, time and space. Without the form, time and space the thoughts will not form.

The thoughts, thinker and the world in which you exist are made of the single clay. And that single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness. Knowledge of the single clay is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Remember:~

By stopping the thoughts or watching the thoughts or by keeping silence the ignorance will not vanish. Only through Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana, the ignorance vanishes.

No use of watching the thoughts within the dualistic illusion or Maya.  The thinker, his thoughts and his experience of the world are created out of single stuff. That single stuff is the Soul which is present in the form of the consciousness.

The thinker, thoughts and experience of the world are part of the dualistic illusion or Maya, which is present in the form of the universe.

The universe appears as waking or dream (duality) and disappears as deep sleep (nonduality). :~ Santthosh Kumaar
