It is erroneous to identify the Soul the innermost Self as 'I' or 'I AM' because the Soul the innermost Self is not 'I' or I AM’.+*****

Like an ornament made from gold is Gold, which is born out of the consciousness is the consciousness.  Like gold is the permanent thing, in the ornaments made of gold, similarly, the mind, which is in the form of the universe is born out of the consciousness, is the consciousness in its essence.

People see God is different from them; they fear him similar to a tiger fearing its own shadow in the well. The ignorant think the birth, life, death and the universe as a reality because he is unaware of the fact that the universe is a reality within the waking experience but from the ultimate standpoint, the waking experience itself is an illusion.

The ‘I’ is the inborn samskara or conditioning which makes us believe the birth, life, death and the world as a reality we are unaware of the fact that our human experience within the world in which we exist is merely an illusion created out of Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness.

The ignorance of the ‘Soul, the Self’  makes us accept the false theories based on the false self and we accept whatever theory suits our mindset and keep manipulating our false life within the false experience.

The Self is not ‘I’, but the Self is the Soul which is the witness of the ‘I’.  Holding the ‘I as the 'Self' leads to hallucination based on the imagination. The Soul, the Self is always there; only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes.

The ‘I’ disappears as deep sleep, so what is the use of being attached to it? It is impermanent and illusory because ‘I’ is physical awareness. Physical awareness is not Self-awareness. ‘I-less awareness is Self-awareness.

It is erroneous to identify the Soul the innermost Self as 'I' or 'I AM' because the Soul the innermost Self is not 'I' or I AM’. The Soul the innermost Self, is that witness of the 'I'.

Atman is Brahman. Brahman the Absolute is alone real; this ‘I’, which appears as the world (waking),   is unreal; and the world in which we exist non-different from the Soul or Brahman.

Realize with firm conviction the ‘Self’ is not you but the ‘Self is the Soul, which present in the form of the consciousness.

Right here and right in this very life if Realize with firm conviction the ‘Self’ is not you but the ‘Self is the Soul then you will realize the world in which you exist is merely an illusion created out of the Soul, which present in the form of the consciousness.

To realize the Self is not you but the Soul profits much rather than searching the truth in an external world moving from one ashram to another and one Guru to another and one mountain to another.

To realize the Self’ is not you but the ‘self is the Soul, there is no need for a Guru, there is no need to study scriptures, there is no need to go to the mountain, there is no need for gurus blessing or grace. There is no need to waste your fortune and precious time of your life.  There is no need to follow anyone

If you have an intense urge and ready to drop all your accumulated knowledge and start afresh then you are fit and ready to take this mental journey.

Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say "I," If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, You are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.

So-called spiritual paths are useless unless it causes us to seek the truth of our true existence. All controversies about creation, the nature of the universe, evolution, the purpose of God, etc., are useless in the Atmic path.

To understand the false nature of the ‘I’, the Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is necessary. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

People’s ‘I KNOW’ attitude is blocking their realization.+*****

People’s   ‘I KNOW’ attitude is blocking their realization. Their scriptural mastery is making them more egoic.   Without humility and patience, they are unfit to receive self-knowledge.

Till they drop all their accumulated knowledge their egoic attitude will not allow them to move further, they simply waste time in arguing provoking and trying to snub others. It is better to keep away from those who want to exhibit their accumulated intellectual wealth.

Those who have mastered scriptures are unaware of the fact that their scriptural mastery is of no use in the Atmic path.

Sage Sri, Sankara says: ~   58. Loud speech consisting of a shower of words, the skill in expounding the Scriptures, and likewise erudition - these merely bring on a little personal enjoyment to the scholar but are no good for Liberation.

59. The study of the Scriptures is useless so long as the highest Truth is unknown, and it is equally useless when the highest Truth has already been known.

Sage Sri, Sankara says Atman is Brahman and everything is Brahman is a scientific declaration not religious or yogic or dogmatic. Sage Sri, Sankara and Sage Sri, Goudpada are more scientific than anyone else in the world. Since the real Advaitic essence is hidden it cannot be got without the inner (mental) journey.

A Gnani will never force anyone to accept the path of wisdom. He will constantly bring the seeker back to the fact of his inherent perfection and encourage him to seek the truth, which is beyond the form, time and space. A Gnani knows you need nothing, not even him, and is never tired of reminding you.  A Gnani continuously shares Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana with like-minded fellow seekers.

Bhagavan Buddha said: ~ Believe nothing because a wise man said it, Believe nothing because it is generally held. Believe nothing because it is written. Believe nothing because it is said to be divine. Believe nothing because someone else said it. But believe only what you yourself judge to be true

Blindly believing in some path, following some guru, practicing some so-called spiritual practice without verification will not help you to get rid of the ignorance.

Truth-realization is very simple. We make it complicated by mixing diverse theories, different ideologies, religions, and yoga.  All our accumulated knowledge is the greatest hindrance in pursuit of truth. To realize the truth beyond the form, time and space, one must have the courage of Buddha. Buddha got enlightenment only after dropping the religion, Vedas and the concept of God.  To realize the simple truth three is no need to go from one mountain to another, one Ashram to another or worship the Godmen or   Guru as a God or converting from one faith to another.  The truth is universal. Anyone can realize it if has an intense urge.

There is no second thing exist other than consciousness.  The world in which we exist, all our thoughts, words, beliefs, experiences are nothing but the consciousness. Realizing the consciousness is everything, is truth realization or Self-realization or God-realization.

The Guru is useless so long as the ultimate truth is unknown, and Guru is equally useless when the ultimate truth or Brahman has already been known.

A Guru is needed in religious and the yogic path.  There is no need for a Guru to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.   The inner guru unfolds the mystery of the ‘I’.

Bhagavan Buddha: - There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth: not going all the way... and not starting.

The world in which you exist is the dualistic illusion created out single stuff. To realize this knowledge of single stuff, there is no need to for a Guru, there is no need to study scriptures, there is no need to go to the mountain, there is no need for gurus blessing or grace in order to get Self-realization.   If you have an intense urge and ready to drop all your accumulated knowledge and start afresh then you are fit and ready to take this mental journey.  : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

When the Soul wakes up from its sleep of the ignorance the midst of the dualistic illusion it is called Self –awareness.*****

The Soul is present in the form of the consciousness is the cause of the world in which you exist and it itself is uncaused.

The ‘I’ implies the duality.   The ‘I’ is present in the form of the mind.  The mind is present in the form of the universe. The universe appears as the waking or dream (duality) and diapers as deep sleep nonduality.  The one that becomes the duality and the one that becomes nonduality is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness. the ‘I’ is merely an illusion created out of the consciousness.

The one which is aware of the coming and going of the ‘I’ is the formless Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

When the Soul wakes up from its sleep of the ignorance the midst of the dualistic illusion it is called Self –awareness. It is foolish to limit the consciousness only to the physical body because the consciousness pervades in everything and everywhere in all the world in which you exist.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad- The “Self’ is indeed Brahman (consciousness), but through ignorance, people identify it with intellect, mind, senses, passions, and the elements of earth, water, air, space, and fire. This is why the “Self’ is said to consist of this and that and appears to be everything.

If the Self is not ‘I’ but the Self is the Soul then on the standpoint of the Soul, the innermost Self:~

Where is the ‘I’?

Where is the ego?

Where is the body?

Where is the mind?

Where is the world in which you exist?

Where is the form, time and space?

Where is the waking experience?

Where is the duality?

Where is void?

They are or have become one with the Soul which is present in the form of the consciousness. The consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman.

The ‘I’ is present only when the mind is present. The mind is present only when the world is present. The world is present only when there is the waking experience.

Deeper self-search reveals the fact that, the waking experience is not considered different from the world. The world is not considered different from the mind. The mind is not considered different from the’ I’. This truth has to be assimilated.

The ‘I’ is merely an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness. ‘I’ is not the subject. The ‘I’ is an object to the Soul, which is the formless, timeless and spaceless subject.

If the ‘I’ is an illusion then the world in which you exist is bound to be an illusion.

If the ‘I’ is an illusion then three states, are bound to be an illusion.

If the ‘I’ is an illusion then the form, time and space are bound to be an illusion.

If the I’ is an illusion then the individual experience of the birth, life, death is bound to be an illusion.

If the ‘I’ is an illusion then the words and thoughts are bound to be an illusion.

If the ‘I’ is an illusion then the duality is bound to be an illusion.

The seeker has to make sure what is this ‘I’ supposed to be? The seeker has to make sure the unreal nature of the ‘I’ which comes and goes.

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the truth of the whole.

People think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is eternal.

That is why
Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say "I," If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, You are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

Chandogya Upanishad: ~ “One who meditates upon and realizes the ”Self’ discovers that everything in the cosmos--all come from the “Self.*****

Chandogya Upanishad: ~One who meditates upon and realizes the ”Self’ discovers that everything in the cosmos-- energy and space, fire and water, name and form, birth and death, mind and will, word and deed, mantram and meditation--all come from the “Self’”.

So, it clearly says the one who meditates upon the “Self’ (consciousness) discovers that everything in the cosmos-- energy and space, fire and water, name and form, birth and death, mind and will, word and deed, mantrams and meditation--all come from the “Self’. Therefore, there is a need to know the fact that, the true “Self’ is not physical but the Soul in order to realize the fact that :  the cosmos-- energy and space, fire and water, name and form, birth and death, mind and will, word and deed, mantrams and meditation--all come from the “Self’, which is in the form of consciousness.

Atman is Brahman. Brahman the Absolute is alone real; this waking is unreal, and the three states are non-different from Brahman.

The body, the ego, the world are one, in essence.  The essence is consciousness. Therefore the body, the ego, and the world are created out of single stuff.  That single stuff is the Soul which is present in the form of the consciousness.  The “Soul is the fullness of consciousness. Therefore, there is nothing apart from it.

The Consciousness is within, the consciousness is without; the consciousness is before, the consciousness is behind; the consciousness is on the right, the consciousness is on the left; the consciousness is above and the consciousness is below.  The consciousness is not an object, as it is invisible, beyond the reach of the physical eyes.  The consciousness is the ultimate truth. And the ultimate truth is Brahman or God.

The world in which we exist is mere an illusion created out of the consciousness.  Therefore, hold on the consciousness which is real and eternal and mentally negate the world in which we exist by realizing the world in which we exist is nothing but the consciousness.   : ~Santthosh Kumaar

You are not the witness of the appearance because you exist within the appearance.*****

You are not the witness of the appearance because you exist within the appearance. The one that appears and disappears is the ‘I’. The Soul, the ‘Self ‘is the witness of the ‘I’ which appears disappears.

Holding ‘I’ as the witness of the appearance is a great error.  The Self is not the ‘I’ but the Self is the Soul, the witness of the ‘I’.

The one which is born, lives and dies is not the Self.  You are born; you living and die in this world.   From the standpoint of the Soul, the Self, the world is an illusion. Thus, your individual experience of birth, life, death and the world is bound to be an illusion.

The Soul, the Self is nothing to do with your individual experience of the birth, life, death and the world because it is the ever formless timeless and spaceless existence.
The Soul is the cause of the world and it itself is uncaused.

Without realizing the ‘Self is not ‘I’ it is impossible to realize the truth hidden by the ‘I’, which is the dualistic illusion.

This is your bondage that you are stuck up to the ‘I’ centric teaching.  ‘I’ centric teachings are lower knowledge meant for lower stages.

The seeker has to ignore these ‘I’-centric teaching and search for higher knowledge. ... Such teachings are unsafe rafts for crossing the ocean of the ignorance.  Doomed to shipwreck are those who try to cross the ocean of the ignorance on these poor rafts. Ignorant of their own ignorance, yet wise in their own esteem, these deluded people proud of their vain learning go round and round like the blind led by the blind.

The Soul, the innermost Self is verily Brahman (God), being equanimous, quiescent, and by nature absolute Existence, Knowledge, and Awareness.  The Soul is not the ‘I’ which is non-existence itself.  Realization of this truth is called Self- Knowledge by the Sages of truth.

There is nothing exist prior to consciousness. The ‘I’ cease to exist without the consciousness. The Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness, is the ultimate truth or Brahman.

That is why the Bhagavad Gita: ~ ‘The permanent (consciousness) is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of the consciousness.

Bhagvad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16

First, you must make sure the ‘I’ itself is illusory because the ‘I’ is not permanent.

The seeker has to find for himself the truth of his true existence and to come to a fuller and deeper understanding and realization of the truth, which is hidden by the illusory form, time and space.

The purpose quest for truth is to first find out what is the untruth to realize the truth and discard the untruth.

Do not try to get rid of the ego you will never succeed in getting rid of the ego. Think in a different direction.  The ego exists only in the domain of the form, time and space.

The form, time and space exist only when the mind exists.

The mind exists only when the universe exists.

The universe appears only when the waking appears.

The waking appears only when the ‘I’ appears.

Remember:~

The ‘I’ disappears in deep sleep.

There is no form, time and space when ‘I’ disappears.

There is no mind when ‘I’ disappears.

There is universe when the ‘I’ disappears.

There is no waking when the ‘I’ disappears.

Remember:~

‘I’ appears means the duality appears.

The duality appears means there is the division of form, time and space.

If there is division in the form time and space means there is diversity in the unity.

Remember ~

When ‘I’ disappears there is nonduality.

Nonduality is the fullness of the consciousness without the division of the form, time and space.

The fullness of the consciousness means the unity in diversity.

Unity in diversity in consciousness is Advaita.

Consciously becoming aware of the Soul in the midst of diversity (waking) is Self- awareness or Brahmic awareness.
If you desire Self-realization, but you still say "I,” and if you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, you are not a wise seeker. You are simply ignorant. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
