Advaita is the Soul itself. Advaita is the ultimate truth. Advaita is Brahman. Advaita is God, the one without the second.+

Advaita is not a religion. Advaita is not philosophy. Advaita is not yoga. Advaita is the nature of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Advaita is the Soul itself. Advaita is the ultimate truth or Brahman or  God in truth. God in truth is Advaita,  the one without the second.

That is why Sage Sankara says:~ “VC- v6~ Let erudite scholars quote all the scripture, let Gods be invoked through sacrifices, let elaborate rituals be performed, let personal Gods be propitiated---yet, without the realization of one‘s identity with the Self, there shall be no liberation for the individual, not even in the lifetimes of a hundred Brahmas put together.

Sage Sankara said: ~ “Talk as much philosophy as you like, worship as many Gods as you please, observe ceremonies, and sing devotional hymns, but liberation will never come, even after a hundred aeons, without realizing the Oneness.

Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is knowledge of the Spirit or God in truth.

Sage Sankara means Advaita and Advaita means Sage Sankara. If the seeker is seeking truth nothing but the truth then he has to drop all the theistic Advaita and different versions of Advaita created by Eastern and Western masters without mercy, to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Such teaching instead of helping the seeker blocks them from realizing the truth, hidden by the ‘I’.

Sage Sri, Sankara alone is Brahma Gnani humanity has to bow with gratitude to the great Sage.

People go round, and round in search of truth till they have to walk around the mountains and face other difficulties. The seekers who have come to a conclusion the outer path is inadequate and useless for finding the truth, they are seeking will take up the Atmic path.

The Atmic path is the inner path or mental path. The Atmic path takes the seeker straight to the source and is not obstructed by any obstacles on the way. One also reaches the destination faster if he is sincere and serious in his quest for truth.

Upanishad says ~ “The human goal is to acquire Self-Knowledge and they indicate that belief in the personal Gods, yoga scriptures, worship, and rituals are not the means to Self –Knowledge, then why anyone should indulge in it.

Religion, the concept of a personal god, and scriptures are the greatest obstacles to Self-realization because they are based on false self.

The seeker of truth has to search for the ultimate truth without losing himself in the labyrinths of philosophy, through deeper self-search and assimilate and realize it.

Sage  Sankara: ~ VC Neither sacred baths nor any amount of charity nor even Hundreds of pranayama* can give us knowledge about our own Self. The firm realization of the nature of the Self is seen to proceed from inquiry along the lines of the salutary advice of the wise. (13)

All accumulated knowledge is of no use in the path of wisdom. Without realizing “What is truth it is impossible to realize “What is untruth?” Without realizing what is the truth and what is the untruth, it is impossible to assimilate the Self –Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. The seeker must know with full and firm conviction what truth is.

That is why Bhagavan Buddha said: ~ “Believe nothing because a wise man said it, Believe nothing because it is generally held. Believe nothing because it is written. Believe nothing because it is said to be divine. Believe nothing because someone else said it. But believe only what you, yourself judge to be true.

The wisdom consists in knowing the truth, that everything (mind or physical existence) is consciousness. Freedom (ultimate truth) is always there yet one does not know it. But to those whose reason is turned away from physicality and who have attained the serenity of the Soul, the Self, is quite near to realizing the ultimate truth or Brahman or God i truth.

Yoga Vasistha says: ~ “Self-knowledge or knowledge of truth is not had by resorting to a Guru (preceptor) nor by the study of scripture, nor by good works: it is attained only by means of inquiry inspired by the company of wise (Gnani). One’s inner light alone is the means, naught else. When this inner light is kept alive, it is not affected by the darkness of inertia.

Deeper thinking and Soulcentric reasoning help the seeker to unfold the truth,  which is hidden by ignorance.

Bhagavan Buddha: ~ “There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth: not going all the way... and not starting.: ~ Santthosh Kumaar

All the Gurus of the East and West misled the seeking world by glorifying the 'I'.+

Everyone uses the word “truth" and talks of it only from his own imaginary standpoint and not as it is.

People are not even aware of what truth they are seeking. They are seeking the truth of the existence of the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of the consciousness hidden by the 'I'.

All the Gurus of the East and West misled the seeking world by glorifying the 'I'.

Until we discard the 'I-centric' Gurus and their teaching, it is impossible to realize the Soul, the Self' hidden by the 'I'.

Sage Sankara says: ~ “What is accepted without a proper inquiry will not lead a person to the final goal. On the contrary, such acceptance will result only in evil, in something detrimental to our spiritual progress.

Sage Sankara says: ~ A buried treasure is not uncovered by merely uttering the words: “Come forth.” You must follow the right directions, dig, remove the stones and earth from above it, and then make it your own. In the same way, the pure truth of the Atman, which is buried under Maya and the effects of Maya, can be reached by meditation, contemplation, and other spiritual disciplines but never by perverse arguments.

Sage Sankara: ~ VC~ All this universe which through ignorance appears as of diverse forms, is nothing else but Brahman (Consciousness) which is absolutely free from all the limitations of Maya.

When you finally realize the ‘‘Self’ ‘is not you but the ‘‘Self’’ is the Soul, then you will realize the world in which you exist is merely an illusion created out of the Soul. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness.

Sage Sankara: ~ VC-63-"Without knowing and examining the universe, one can’t know the Truth, as the idea that the external world exists,  won't go. It can go only by an inquiry into the nature of the external world.

Sage Sankara says: - VC-47- All the effects of ignorance, root, and branch, are burnt down by the fire of knowledge, which arises from discrimination between these two—the Self and the non-self.

Until you think you are an individual separate from the world and the world existed prior to you and you are born in it afterward the ignorance will prevail as a reality. Till ignorance is there the universe prevails as reality.

Sage Sankara says: ~ “The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false is real meditation, then why you are indulging in other types of meditation.

Perfect understanding and realization of ‘what is what’ leads to Self-awareness. By holding onto theories, one remains in the realm of duality.

You have to mentally go on dropping what is not the truth through deeper Self-search. Finally, when you become aware that, your ego, your body, and the world are one in essence,  there is Self-awareness in the midst of dualistic illusion or Maya.

Remember: ~

Do not search the truth in the world in which you exist, because, the world in which you exist hides the truth you are seeking for.

The truth is hidden by the world in which you exist because the world in which you exist is merely an illusion created out of the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness. Without the Soul, the Self, the world, in which you exist ceases to exist.

Realize the Self is not you but the Self is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness. Until you hold ‘Self’ as you will remain in ignorance. You are the false self within the dualistic illusion (Maya).

The dualistic illusion is created out of single clay. And that single clay is the consciousness. Knowledge of the single clay is Advaitic wisdom.

Remember: ~

Sage Sankara: ~ VC-63-"Without knowing and examining the external world, one can’t know the Truth, as the idea that the external world exists, won't go. It can go only by an inquiry into the nature of the external world.

After verifying through deeper inquiry if one finds the world is the reality within the illusion then he cannot again say the world is not an illusion.

If one is frightened to accept the world is an illusion (waking) then he is unfit to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Those stuck with the reality of the illusory world are stuck with the reality of the individual experiences of birth, life, and death, which take place within the illusory

Thus the pursuit of truth is for those who have the courage to accept reality as it is, that is the reality without the illusory form, time, and space.

All is consciousness. The whole universe is consciousness. From consciousness, the universe comes. When the universe disappears, consciousness still remains without the illusory form, time, and space.

Sage Sankara: ~ “VC~ All this universe which through ignorance appears as of diverse forms, is nothing else but Brahman (Consciousness) which is absolutely free from all the limitations of Maya.

When you finally realize the Self is not you but the ‘‘Self’’ is the Soul then you will realize the world in which you exist is merely an illusion created out of the Soul. The Soul is present in the form of consciousness.

Sage  Sankara says:~ VC-47- All the effects of ignorance, roots, and branches, are burnt down by the fire of knowledge, which arises from discrimination between these two—the Self and the non-Self.

Until you think you are an individual separate from the world and the world existed prior to you and you are born in it afterward ignorance will prevail as a reality. Till ignorance is present the universe prevails as reality. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom will one day replace all the religion of the world, because Advaitic wisdom is the knowledge of God in truth.+

People are sentimentally and emotionally sticking up to their religion, religious god, religious rituals, and religious code of conduct and physical Gurus will not be able to transcend from dualistic illusion to nondualistic reality.

The number of religious believers is more, but the number of seekers of truth is much less. The religious believer seeks the pleasure of his own devotion, while the seeker's only aim is to realize the truth of true existence.

Religious believers accepted their belief as the ultimate reality.  A seeker of truth finds his path independently.  Many can become seekers, but only a few can become Gnanis.

To realize God means to become one with God. Without knowing what God is supposed to be in actuality how can you become one with God?

One must realize God in truth.  People think there are different ways to realize God but it is not so the only way to realize God is through Advaitic wisdom.

People try to see God through yogic samadhi meditation. And this process of yogic samadhi meditation does not help the seeker to get rid of ignorance. Ignorance hides God.

The seeker has to rip open the veil of ignorance through  Advaitic wisdom then only the god hidden by the ignorance will be revealed.

There are many paths and practices all over the world. Many are trying to gain bliss through extraneous means of sex and drugs.

Different people try to see God through different means, and naturally, they get different experiences without knowing what God is supposed to be in actuality what is the use of seeing and experiencing God. These are different kinds of hallucinations.

Many self-styled fake gurus dupe people promise enlightenment, although such enlightenment is nothing but hallucinations.

People flock around them to have some experience also, and thus they have their own group of followers indulge in the propaganda of the power of their guru.

Even One in a million, through religion, yoga, and meditation does know God what God is supposed to be in truth.

People all over the world quarrel in the name of religion, the religious ideas of their God, and their holy books.

Religions are like bare bones that have no marrow in them because religions are built on a foundation of blind belief.

Remember:~

Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom will one day replace all the religions of the world because Advaitic wisdom is the knowledge of God in truth.

Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom brings universal brotherhood and unity in diversity. Until Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom is propagated effectively many generations will suffer and violence, wars, and terrorism, which is going on in the name of religion and religious God.
In Sage Sankara’s Advaitic wisdom is the power that can bring world peace and universal brotherhood.

All religions survive on myths. The rationalists would be on the more solid ground if they attacked myths of all religions.

All religions survive on myths. The rationalists would be on the more solid ground if they attacked myths of all religions.

Religion is a prison of ignorance. People who follow it are locked up in ignorance. God in truth is not what people believe and worship. The belief or faith-based is not God in truth.

Religious Gods are Mythical Gods based on blind belief. Whatever is based on Blind belief or faith is a myth. Whatever is based on myth is merely a superstition.

Mythological stories are a myth. Whatever is based on myth is merely a superstition.

Mythology was introduced in the past for the ignorant masses. It has to be discarded as one progresses in his spiritual advancement.

Mythology breeds superstition, blind belief, senseless rituals, and most irrational and gives them a divine outlook.

Religious Gods are not God in truth. One must know God in truth. All the Puranas are based on the false idea of a personal God because the writers have thought of God as a glorified man and woman.

The translations made till now of Indian philosophical works have represented religion and mythology, not philosophy.

The greatest pundits do not understand it, for they do not understand science. What has this mythological teaching done for India? Look at its state today. Look at the conversions. Imagining that God has ashes on his forehead or blazing like the sun-- that is all poetry and depends only on faith.

All the Siddhantas are dualistic, and unphilosophical introduced by the founders of the different sects of Hinduism,

The religious Saints culled some paras from the Upanishads with convenient vagueness to establish their God and Theology.

Indians are more religious than other people in the world. The six systems of Indian Philosophy are really six systems of Indian speculation. For there is only one Truth.

The ancient Hindu tenet borrowed by theosophists of the universe appearing and dissolving, days and nights of Brahma, entering into pralaya, etc. is intended for mediocre intellects who cannot rise to the truth. It is a convenient fable representing the philosophic truth that the whole universe dissolves in your mind in deep sleep, thus entering pralaya, and rises again the next morning, i.e. it is all imagination, idea. The religious  Brahma- God has nothing to do with it.

Unfortunately, every religion is attacking the other considering them to be a myth. The only way out is to unfold the mystery of existence.

Many path theories and practices confuse one about which path and practice to use because each one claims to get the truth.

Everyone tries this and still one is unable to unfold the mystery. The mystery of existence becomes a distant dream.

Religious truth is individual truth and it is not universal truth because religion is based on individual truth. Spiritual truth is the universal truth.

There is no scope for individuality in the realm of ultimate truth or Brahman. In the realm of ultimate truth or Brahman the form, time, and space are one in essence. The essence is invisible consciousness. Thus, consciousness alone is real and eternal and all else is merely an illusion.

The scriptures give many advice and remedies, each claiming to be infallible. It is high time for them to shift their attention from all the theories and practices that are based on the physical ‘Self’ and indulge in self-analysis and discover the facts of their own existence.

Yoga Vasistha:~ "Teachers, interpretations of sacred texts, the force of religious merit--none of these lead to the realization of that Ultimate Truth which is revealed in the clear reflection of the heart, engendered from contact with the good."

The only way to unfold the mystery of existence is a deeper Self-search to help the seeker of the truth to discover and realize the true facts of his true existence through deeper self-search without the help of religion, glorifying Gods, scriptural studies, or yogic practice.

When the seeker realizes the facts of his true existence then realizes that the Self is not ‘I’ but the ‘I’ is the mind, which is present in the form of the universe.

The waking experience is a dualistic illusion. Thus, the seeker realizes that whatever he believed and experienced as a reality on the base of the ‘I’ is an illusion.

The Self is the Soul, the witness of the ‘I’. Thus, it is necessary to seek the truth.

When the seeker inquiries into the nature of the mind, which is present in the form of the universe, then he realizes that ‘I’ is the mind. And the mind itself is the universe.

Truth-realization is a gradual process. The seeker progresses gradually. The first requirement is strong aspiration which gives rise to the inquiry and reason.

Know what God is supposed to be in truth according to the scriptures.

Religious Gods are based on blind beliefs.  Gods based on blind belief is not God in truth.

Even The Bhagavad Gita says: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God in truth) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).

When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.

Even Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ Brahman (God in truth) is in the form of the Athma, and it is indeed Athma itself.

Religious Gods are based on blind beliefs. Religious God cannot be considered as the center because the Soul the ‘Self’ is the center of all that exists. Without the Soul, the world in which you exist ceases to exist, which means the religious God is dependent on the Soul for his existence.

Even Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman, the Self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad declares: "He who worships the deities as entities entirely separate from him does not know the truth. For the Gods, he is like a pasu (beast)".(1.4.10)

No mantras help to get rid of ignorance. All the mantras and rituals are meant for the ignorant populace, which strongly believes, in the world in which he exists as a reality. For one who wants to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana, the mantas will not help to realize the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space.

That is why Sage Sankara:~ VC-61- For one who has been bitten by the serpent of Ignorance, the only remedy is the knowledge of Brahman. Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae), and medicines to such a one?

VC- v6~ Let erudite scholars quote all the scripture, let Gods be invoked through sacrifices, let elaborate rituals be performed, let personal Gods be propitiated---yet, without the realization of one‘s identity with the Self, there shall be no liberation for the individual, not even in the lifetimes of a hundred Brahmas put together

Sage Sankara goes on to say: ~A sickness of not cured by saying the word “medicine.” You must take the medicine. Liberation does not come by merely saying the word “Brahman (God).” Brahman must be realized. Until you allow this apparent universe to dissolve from your consciousness until you have realized Brahman, how can you find liberation just by saying the word Brahman? The result is merely noise. Until a man has destroyed his enemies and taken possession of the splendor and wealth of the kingdom, he cannot become a king by simply saying “I am a king.”

A buried treasure is not uncovered by merely uttering the words: “Come forth.” You must follow the right directions, dig, remove the stones and earth from above it, and then make it your own. In the same way, the pure truth of the Atman, which is buried under Maya and the effects of Maya, can be reached by meditation, contemplation, and other spiritual disciplines but never by subtle arguments.

Sage Sankara’s Supreme Brahman is impersonal, Nirguna (without Gunas or attributes), Nirakara (formless), Nirvisesha (without special characteristics), immutable, eternal, and Akarta (non-agent). It is above all needs and desires. It is always the Witnessing Subject. It can never become an object as it is beyond the reach of the senses. Brahman is non-dual, one without a second. It has no other besides it. It is destitute of difference, either external or internal. Brahman cannot be described, because description implies a distinction. Brahman cannot be distinguished from any other than It. In Brahman, there is not a distinction between substance and attribute. Sat-Chit-Ananda constitutes the very essence or Svarupa of Brahman, and not just Its attributes. The Nirguna Brahman of Sage Sankara is impersonal.

Advaita is the nature of the Soul, the Self. Advaita is the Soul itself. Advaita is the Soul, which is God in truth. Advaita is another word for God in truth. Advaita is second to none. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Out of a million people perhaps one is a Gnani.+

The Knower of the ultimate truth or Brahman or God is Brahma Gnani. A Brahma Gnani has realized the knowledge beyond form, time, and space.

A person who realizes the ultimate truth or Brahman will throw off his religious robe and his religious identity and become Avadhuta and live as he wishes.

Many people are struck with awe or reverence at the outer indications of renunciation, and thus blindly accept a religious Guru or Godmen to be a Gnani. The two have no connection. Because he has no wife, no family, and no possessions" they think a man who has merely repressed these desires as though these things had anything to do with the wisdom he is a religious man.

People are quite incompetent to judge who is a Gnani between Godmen, intellectuals, and yogis. A Gnani is neither a godman, nor a yogi, nor an intellectual.
A Gnani vision of the world, in which he exists, is, beyond time and space, embracing the Soul, the ultimate reality. The universe in which you exist is within the Soul.

A Guru who speaks about religious God, scriptures, rituals, and religion is not a Gnani.

A yogi who is immersed in yogic samadhi is not a Gnani.

A Godman who indulges in miracles is not a Gnani.

An intellectual who argues on his own speculated theories is not a Gnani.

A man who has mastered the scriptural knowledge is not a Gnani.

A man who propagates sex as the means of liberation is not a Gnani.

A Gnani is the one who shares knowledge and guides the seeker towards the source of the mind (I) is real Gnani. A Gnani never claims himself a teacher nor does he accept anyone as a disciple.

Sage Sankara himself said: ~ A Gnani "bears no outward mark of a holy man" (Stanza 539).

Sage Sankara: ~ "Though I wear these robes of a sanyasin, it is only for the sake of bread."

So he wore a Guru's robe only for the sake of the ignorant. So he was identified as a Guru with parampara by religious people. For the truth seekers, Sage  Sankara is a Brahma Gnani.

Thus, it proves that the religious gurus and yogis are not Gnanis because they identified themselves as holy people.

Sage  Sankara was a Gnani. The modern Gurus are not Gnanis. And you have to understand that to be a Gnani is one thing; to be a Guru is totally different.

Out of a million people perhaps one is a Gnani. Most of the Self- realized decide to remain silent – seeing the difficulty, that whatever they have realized is impossible to convey in any possible way to others; seeing that not only is it difficult to convey, but it is also bound to be misunderstood too.

A Gnani never claims himself as a Gnani, he guides the seekers, not posing himself as a Guru, and he does not force his wisdom on others.

People cannot distinguish between reasoning and intellect as Gnani does. Egocentric reason applied only to practical life within the practical world is called logic, and intellect.

Soulcentric reason is the Spiritualistic reason that is necessary to unfold the truth of the whole.

A Gnani knows both egocentric reason (logic) and Soulcentric reason. He uses egocentric reason (logic) in practical life within the practical world and uses Soulcentric reason to know the truth hidden by ignorance.

Logic is very much necessary for practical purposes. But logic cannot be applied to discover the truth because logic implies duality and the ultimate truth is based on the  Nondualistic perspective.

A Gnani is not a religious person. A Gnani does not depend on the scriptures. A Gnani is the fountainhead of Gnana. The Advaitic Gnana is the only indication to recognize a Gnani.

Sage Sankara says the transparent truth of the Self is hidden by the illusion and is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, (Gnani) then why you are sticking a Guru who is not a Gnani.

For Gnani the world is an illusion. Viewed from the absolute, there's neither birth nor life nor death, neither appearance nor disappearance, neither production nor destruction, neither bondage nor liberation. There's none who neither seeks for freedom nor is there any who is liberated - this is the highest truth.

A Gnani knows that there's neither unity nor plurality - the world is neither one nor many. Just as a piece of rope is mistaken for a snake, the Atman is mistaken for this diverse world. The duality is an illusory appearance and the non-dual Atman is the real truth.

Manduka Upanishads: -It is very difficult to find out who is a Gnani because he bears no external mark. Neither nudity nor the yellow robe has anything to do with him.

A Gnani cannot have the idea of renouncing the world or giving up something of the practical world because that would connote the idea of duality. Duality is merely an illusion from the ultimate standpoint. Knowing no second thing at all there remains nothing to be given up.

The one who identifies himself as a swami, a Guru or yogi, is not a Gnani. A Gnani never identifies himself as a swami, Guru, pundit, or yogi. Swami, Guru, pundit, or yogi belongs to the religious or the yogic path not to the path of wisdom. : ~Santthosh Kumaar

There are no two ‘I’ as propagated by some Gurus. There is only one ‘I’, which appears and disappears.+

There are no two ‘I’ as propagated by some Gurus. There is only one ‘I’, which appears and disappears. There is only one Soul, the Self.

The Soul, the Self is not ‘I’ but the Soul, the Self is the witness of the coming and going, of the ‘I’. Thus, that appears and disappears as ‘I’ is not the Self.

The seeker has to make sure what is this ‘I’ supposed to be in actuality. The seeker has to make sure the unreal nature of the ‘I’ which comes and goes to realize the truth; which is hidden by the illusory form, time, and space.

That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)

The ‘I’ hides the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness is the cause of the 'I'..

People think the ‘I’ without the body is the Self. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the Self, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true Self, which is eternal.

That is why Ashtavakra Gita 16:10: ~ “If you desire liberation, but you still say 'I' If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, you are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.

People are stuck with the reality of the ‘I’, which they take as real because some Gurus have propagated that the Self is the ‘I’. There is no need to convince such a mindset. The seeker of truth accepts only the truth nothing but the truth.

That is why Sage Sankara says: ~ VC-65- As a treasure hidden underground requires (for its extraction) competent instruction, excavation, the removal of stones and other such things lying above it, and (finally) grasping, but never comes out by being (merely) called out by name, so the transparent truth of the Self, which is hidden by Maya and its effects, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, followed by reflection, meditation and so forth, but not through perverted arguments.

People refuse to accept anything other than their Guru's words. For them, their Guru's words are the ultimate truth. They do not accept anything else other than their accepted truth. There is no need to convince such a mindset.

Such mindsets are not fit to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. The seekers of truth accept only the truth nothing but the uncontradictable truth. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
