Non-dualistic Silence is the nature of the Soul, the Self. Observing
silence within the duality is merely imitating the self. The real silence arises
when Advaitic wisdom dawns.
Advaitic Wisdom dawns when the waking entity realizes the fact that,
it, itself is not the Self but the Self is the invisible Soul that, witnesses the coming and
going of the three states (witnessed) without the physical apparatus.
The
witness and the witnessed (three states) are one in essence. That essence is
consciousness.
Thus consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman. To realize this truth one needs not go to any guru or no need to indulge in the study of scriptures or indulge in tantric sex or indulge in kundalini awakening or indulge in yogic practice or indulge in any other technique. Because all these are egocentric paths that will not help the seeker to reach the ultimate end.
Remember:~

Remember:~
The oneness does not arise by observing silence or without using language without words or trying to be in the thoughtlessness.
Deep sleep is a state of thoughtlessness, silence, wordlessness, silence, but it is not considered a state of oneness because anyone can take a sleeping pill and will be able to get the state of oneness.
Thus, trying to imitate the state of oneness in duality by observing silence, thoughtlessness, and wordlessness, or by yogic Samadhi or surrendering to the physical Guru, the Advaitic wisdom will not dawn.
Without the Advaitic wisdom, ignorance will not vanish. Thus, getting rid of ignorance through wisdom is the only way to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman.
Self- Realization is necessary to free the Soul, the Self from ignorance. The seeker of truth should exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false is real meditation. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
