Without knowing what is the untruth how can one know what is the truth. Perfect understanding and realization of ‘what is what’ leads Self-awareness.*****

Without knowing what is the untruth how can one know what is the truth. Perfect understanding and realization of ‘what is what’ leads Self-awareness.
The seeker must mentally go on dropping what is not the truth through deeper self-search.
Finally when the seeker becomes aware of the fact that, his ego, his body, and the world are one in essence then Self-awareness arises in the midst of the dualistic illusion or Maya (universe).
The seeker of truth must find out what is the truth? and what is the untruth? By reading repeatedly my postings and blogs and reflect and reason deeply which helps you to create a mental yardstick in his subconscious to discriminate between ‘what is the truth? And what is the untruth?
When the subconscious is receptive and ready then it will start rejecting the untruth and finally the untruth is rejected  then the Soul, the 'Self’ alone will prevail as the ultimate truth or Brahman or God.
There is no practice as such, but perfect understanding is needed to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atman Gnana.
The Soul 'Self' revels ‘what is real’ and ‘what is unreal” when the seeker is receptive and ready. It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is the truth’ and ‘’what is untruth?’

It takes time for the Soul, the Self to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one realizes the 'Self"(truth), hidden by the ignorance (I).
Slowly but surely you must imbibe the truth, which is hidden by the illusory  form, time and space by realizing the form, time and space are one in essence.
When you enthrone the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness in your subconscious, you will realize the world in which you exist is merely an illusory play of the consciousness.
The consciousness is ‘One’, and all divisions of the form, time and space are illusory. Be established in this Advaitic Truth, which is eternal.
Remember:~
Sage Sri, Sankara says the transparent Truth of the ‘Self’, which is hidden by the illusion, is to be attained through the instructions of a knower of Brahman, (Gnani) then why you are sticking a Guru who is not a Gnani.
Sage Sri, Sankara says: ~ “The exercise in discrimination between real and unreal and renunciation of the false is real meditation, then why you are indulging in other types of meditation.
The truth is hidden by ignorance. The ignorance is present in the form of the ‘I’. the ‘I’ is present in the form of the universe. The universe appears as waking or dream (duality) and disappears as deep sleep(nonduality).
The seeker must find out: ~

‘What is it that appears as the waking?’

“What is it that appears as a dream?’

‘What is it that disappears as deep sleep?’

Deeper self-search reveals the fact that, whatever appears and disappears is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness. The witness of the appearance and disappearance of the three states also the Soul.
All three states are created out of single clay. And that single clay is the consciousness. In reality, the witness (Soul) and the witnessed (three states) are one in essence. The knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.: ~ Santthosh Kumaar
