Everything exists when Advaitic wisdom dawns but only their unreal nature is exposed.+

Sage Sankara: ~ “VC-All this universe which through ignorance appears as of diverse forms, is nothing else but Brahman which is absolutely free from all the limitations of Maya.

Sage  Sankara: ~VC~ if the universe be true, let it then be perceived in the state of deep sleep also. As it is not at all perceived, it must be unreal and false like dreams.

Sage Sankara said:~ VC-63- Without causing the objective universe to vanish and without knowing the truth of the Self, how is one to achieve Liberation.

The universe in which we exist will not remain a reality when wisdom dawns. The universe is merely an illusion created out of consciousness and there is conscious awareness of unity in diversity because there is no second thing exists other than consciousness.

The universe in which we exist is present only in waking experience. The waking experience (duality) appears and disappears as deep sleep (nonduality).

In Advaitic reality, the Gnani Gnana and the world are one in essence. That essence is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Consciousness is the formless substance of the universe. The consciousness is the formless witness of the universe. Consciousness is also the source of the universe.  Thus, the whole universe in which we exist is nothing but consciousness.

The wisdom dawns in the midst of duality (falsehood or waking).  When wisdom dawns the universe (waking) will not disappear but its unreal nature is exposed.  One realizes the unity in diversity in consciousness because consciousness pervades everything and everywhere in the universe. Thus everything is consciousness.

Consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.  God in truth is the whole not, part.

To get Self-realization or God-realization the seeker has to drop all the accumulated knowledge and start afresh.

Sage Sankara said: ~A.A~ 88. When the whole universe, movable and immovable, is known to be Atman (consciousness), and thus the existence of everything else is negated, where is then any room to say that the body is Atman?

Self-awareness is a state in which there is no duality but only non-dualistic reality.

Remember:~

In Self-awareness. Everything exists when Advaitic wisdom dawns but only their unreal nature is exposed.

A Gnani is fully aware that, his own body and his experience of the universe is an illusion created out of consciousness. Thus, the form and names have no value because they are part of the illusion.

The real is consciousness from which the whole universe is made. Thus through wisdom one reaches the stillness of the Self, which is formless and nondual in its non-dual true nature. Thus, the one is aware of the material (consciousness), not the things (illusion) made out of the material.

As gold is the important material in making ornaments, so, consciousness is the material that is essential for the three states to arise. The gold remains gold when it is not ornamented.

In Self-awareness,  consciousness remains in its formless nondual true nature in the midst of the dualistic illusion.

The form, time, and space are the product of ignorance. Until the ignorance is there the waking remains a reality when the ignorance vanishes in the midst of the waking experience then the waking experience also becomes unreal, the same way as the dream becomes unreal when the waking takes place.

Remember:~

Consciousness is destitute of any other characteristics.  Consciousness is entirely without any sort of difference.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad IV-13:~ As a mass of salt has neither inside nor outside, but is entirely a mass of taste, thus indeed, has that the Self neither inside nor outside but is altogether a mass of Knowledge. Just as a lump of salt has inside as well as outside one and the same saltish taste, not any other taste, so also that Brahman has inside as well as outside one and the same intelligence.

Inside and outside are reality within the dualistic illusion. When ignorance vanishes ideas of inside and outside vanish. A Gnani cognizes one illimitable, homogeneous mass of consciousness only.

The Soul is present in the form of consciousness is all-pervading and unattached. So it is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God in truth.
·
Srutis emphatically says:~  Akasavat Sarvagata Nitya i.e., like ether all-pervading and eternal. If the pot is broken the pot-ether is not in any way affected. So it is unattached (Asanga).

The Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness, is Immortal.  The nature of the Soul is objectless consciousness.

The Soul is different from the knowable.  The Soul is beyond the unknowable also.  The Soul is incomprehensible. This does not mean that the Soul is a non-entity or void or a negative concept, or a metaphysical abstraction.  The Soul is a mass of knowledge or awareness.

Consciousness is denser than stone or platinum or gold.  Consciousness is the only real entity, the substratum for everything that exists within the dualistic illusion. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
