Self- realization is the essence of human existence. +

The eternal truth is hidden  within the universe (mind) and it is without the universe (mind). Direct knowledge of Self can be acquired by one through the Self while realizing the Self. 

Self- realization is the essence of human existence. Where there is unity, one without a second; there is world of nondual reality. The nondual truth is ultimate truth. And ultimate truth itself is God.

Deeper self-search reveals the fact that consciousness alone exists, and the rest is all superimposition on consciousness. Superimposition is merely an illusion. 

The illusion is present in the form of the universe. The universe appears as the waking experience.  Due to ignorance the illusion is experienced as a reality.

Through deeper Self-search one becomes aware of the fact that, the ‘Self’ is neither the waking entity nor the ‘Self’ is the dream entity but the ‘Self’ is the formless Soul, which witnesses the coming and going of the three states. 

The Soul is present in the form of the consciousness. The three states and the formless witness of the three states are one, in essence. That essence is the consciousness.

Consciousness is constant and therefore real, while the phenomena constituting of the universe is constantly changing and therefore, it is unreal.  The nature of the Soul, the   ‘Self’ is the nondual awareness.

The seeker has to take all the three states of existences into account, — the waking, dream, and deep sleep, since one has experiences during all three states to obtain a complete picture of his existential reality, he need to include evidence from all three states. This is the phenomenology of consciousness. 

 The ego, thoughts the world in which we exist is created out of single stuff.  That single stuff is the consciousness.   Knowledge of the single stuff is Self-knowledge or Brahma Gina or Atma Gnana.

The world in which we exist is a product of ignorance. When ignorance vanishes then the unreal nature of the world in which we exist is exposed." 

When the unreal nature of the world in which we exist is exposed then the ego, thoughts, whatever seen, known, believed and experienced within the unreal world is bound to be an illusion.

 Thus, it is necessary to realize the one which is born, lives and dies is not the ‘Self’ because the ‘Self is the birthless and deathless. The ‘Self’ is birthless and deathless because it is formless, timeless and spaceless existence.

Only when you realize the Self is not you but the Self is the Soul then you will realize the world in which you exist is mere an illusion is created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.  

Everything is consciousness, which is real and eternal.  Thus,  consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman.  The world in which you exist is nothing to do with the Soul, the  ‘Self’  because the world in which you exist is merely an illusion. :~Santthosh Kumaar
